    While volumes have been written about the Federal Reserve System, some favorable and others critical, rarely, if ever, have the actual codes of the Federal Reserve Act been included in these works. Most probably this accounts for the limited debate that has emerged, in which one side claims that the "Fed" is a private corporation while the other claims it is a governmental entity. This and other cases of confusion can easily be clarified through careful examination of the Federal Reserve Act, which can be found in the statutory laws of the United States. These statutes and other Federal Reserve System documents reveal that this system includes both corporate and governmental aspects, and that together they form a most-powerful economic force. The matter of who ultimately controls this force is the subject of this website.
