Senator Edward Kennedy wants to outlaw Hate.



What is a "hate crime", according to Mr. Kennedy?

Acts of violence are currently illegal in all States in the USA.

Racially-motivated murder is already illegal, as are all murders.

So what will this proposed law accomplish?

Specifically, in addition to federalizing certain crimes,
this proposed law wll outlaw
the PERCEPTION, or THOUGHTS, of the accused.


If passed and judged to be "constitutional",
this law will set a precident for THOUGHT CRIME.


How can Mr. Kennedy, a member of a modern, secular society, be so naive as to propose a law that outlaws certain THOUGHTS ???



Perhaps Mr. Kennedy is being BLACKMAILED ???
